Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 0.5 cupthick avalakki
  3. 0.5 cupUrrad dal
  4. 1 tspmethi seeds
  5. 1 cupcurd

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash all ingredients and add 1 cup of curd and water(little to just soak to level it) to soak the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Grind the ingredients after soaking for 8 hours

  3. 3

    After grinding leave it to ferment overnight

  4. 4

    Add salt, pinch sugar and make dosa.
