Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgBlack Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1 cupOnion
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspBlack salt
  • 1 tspRoasted,crushed cumin
  • 1 tbspGreen chillies
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • 1/4 cupTamarind pulp

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chickpeas overnight.

    Next day,boil till tender.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in onion and curry leaves and fry till onion is translucent.

    Add in all the ingredients and cook for 5-7 minutes.

    Add in chillies and coriander.
