  • 4Mango pickle
  • 4 Chilli pickle 🥒
  • 1/2 tbsAjwain
  • 4 tbsMakki ka atta
  • Salt
  • Ghee

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut onion and chilli small piece.

  2. 2

    2 type flour mix chop onion and chilli.

  3. 3

    All ingredients put together and making a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Rest in 5 min and making paratha.

  5. 5

    Rolling a chapati spread the ghee both sides. Crispy paratha make slowly medium flame 🔥.

  6. 6

    Paratha is ready to serve with pickle or dahi.
