Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 3Russet Potatoes
  3. 6 StripsThick cut bacon
  4. SlicesQueso Fresco
  5. slicesAvocado
  6. slicesTomato
  7. slicesRed Onion
  8. 5 tablespoonsVegetable oil
  9. 3 tablespoonsSaborcito Panameño El Blend
  10. Desired amount of Shredded Mexican Cheese blend
  11. Desired amount of Ketchup
  12. Saborcito Panameño si Pica scotch bonnet hot sauce
  13. 2 teaspoonsunsalted Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse, peel, cut and season potatoes

  2. 2

    Fry seasoned potatoes until golden

  3. 3

    Place bacon in airfryer. Brown to desired texture.

  4. 4

    Scramble 3 eggs removing all chalaza

  5. 5

    Season eggs with salt and black pepper

  6. 6

    Add teaspoon of unsalted butter to hot skillet. Pour eggs and scramble them soft

  7. 7

    Turn off skillet and Add cheese blend

  8. 8

    Chop up bacon to desired size

  9. 9

    Slice tomatoes, onions, queso fresco

  10. 10

    Mix ketchup with si pica and enjoy
