Ate with plain rice.. Very delicious..

I made this subji curry for lunch..

Steps

Peel cut n wash the veggies and drain the water.
Grate the tomato and chop green chillies. - 2
In a cooker take oil,add musterd, Cumin seeds and hing for sputter.
Add grated tomato and green chilli.saute till tomato gets dry
Now add salt, chilli coriander and turmeric powder.
Mix well.when oil gets separated, adds veggies, fresh coriander and warm water.mix well and close the lid and cook for 3 whistles. - 3
Curry is ready.
Transfer into a bowl and sprinkle coriander..
Serve hot with either rice or chapati or both..
