In a pan add ghee roast makhana, almonds, cashews, cool and grind it to powder transfer to a plate.

To blender add pear pieces, deseeded dates and milk, blend it to puree.
- 3
To kadai add ghee add prepared puree and cook for few minutes then add powdered makhana mix it well cook till it starts leaving kadai add ghee in between.

Add cardmum powder mix it well.

Indian pear makhana halwa is ready to serve/enjoy topped with chopped dry fruits.
