Mix 1bowl of flour with ghee salt,joan and little water to make a soft dough.

Now cut the lychee from the dough and make a roti.Make holes in the roti with a knife so that the roti does not swell.Now flip the roti and design it with tongs on the otherside.you can give your desired design.Then heat the tawa and bake the roti on medium heat and while frying apply ghee on both sides of the roti.

When the barley flour khoba roti and the back are fried and turn red take it down and serve it hot with the vegetables of your choice.
