Babugosha (Indian Pear) is a sweet and very tasty fruit. The skin of this fruit is light green in color and the inside is light cream in color. Babugosha is best seen in the monsoon season. Many dishes can be prepared using this Babugosha. I have made salsa today using Babugosha which turns out to be very tasty.
