Ingredients

30 mins
  • 5green capsicum chopped into oblong diamonds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 2 tspchili flakes
  • 1/2 tspchili powder
  • 1.5 tspsalt
  • 4 tbspoil
  • Handfulcurry leaves
  • 1/4of a large tomato chopped
  • 1/2an onion chopped
  • 1/2large green chili, chopped

    Chop the capsicum into oblong diamonds. Rinse.

    In a pot of 4 tbsp vegetable oil on medium heat, temper the green chili, onion, curry leaves, and tomato. Add the 1.5 tsp salt, 2 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and 1.5 tsp salt.

    After a few minutes, add the capsicum slices and incorporate with the tempered ingredients.

  4. 4

    Let the capsicum lose its shape and disintegrate into the mix. The curry is done when the capsicum slices fall apart at the poke of a spoon.
