Cut the pork belly into bite-size pieces

Heat the sesame seed oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the pork and kimchi and sauté for 8-10 minutes

Add in the gochujang paste, garlic, ginger and honey and fry for a further 2 minutes, stirring regularly

Add in the kimchi juice and stock or water and bring to the boil, reduce the heat a little and simmer for 20 minutes

Add the courgette and tofu and simmer for another 5 minutes
- 6
Serve in bowls and, if you wish, with some rice on the side
