Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmultigrain flour including oats bran flour
  2. 1/4 cupwheat bran flour
  3. 1/2 cupsooji
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  10. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all flours, cumin seeds, carom seeds chilli flakes, butter and oil

  2. 2

    With the help of milk knead a medium soft dough

  3. 3

    Now roll the bhakhri. I used mould so that it looks like in the Cafe shop. Prick with fork. Cook on low flame. Apply ghee or oil. And use the pressure so that no air remains

    Its a healthy snack to carry or durimg tea time refreshment. Can be stored upto 1-2 weeks
