I wanted to make my own macrobiotic recipe that used kurumabu as an ingredient.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Grate the garlic and the ginger. Mix it together with the soy sauce and the dashi stock.
- 2
Now marinate the kurumabu with the mixture made in Step 1. Be sure to marinate it thoroughly.
- 3
Next coat the kurumabu with katakuriko. Pour some oil into a frying pan, and cook untll it's browned.

Put it on a plate, sprinkle some onions on top, and it's done.
