Steps
- 1
Take bacon strips and cut them into small dice pieces and dry them, grate your cauliflower heads I to grains like rice and pour it into the bacon fry them together and add favourite spices if needed, the bacon gives the cauliflower some flavour. I added paprika and black pepper which made my cauliflower spicy.
- 2
Take a bowl and plate, in the bowl break your egg and pour it and mix. In the plate pour about half a cup flour and Tbsp of 6 gun spice mix together. Coat your hake after thawing it into the flour mixture then coat it in the egg.
- 3
While you do that make sure your pan has generous oil to deep fry hake. Your heat must be medium high and let your hake cook until golden brown for about 5 minutes do not overcrowd your pan. Once your done put it on a paper towel to dry out the oil

In a bowl put your lettuce (cut it if it's a head into nice chunky pieces), put your cubed cut cucumber, your cut tomatoes and cut your feta cheese mix it together well until all the colours are visible then you can enjoy it with some salad dressing
