Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork offcuts
  2. 150 gramsLotus root
  3. 1/4Cabbage
  4. 1Sesame oil
  5. 1 tbsp★Gochujang
  6. 1 tbsp★Miso
  7. 1 tbsp★Sugar
  8. 1 tbsp★Sake

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the lotus root and slice thinly. Soak in a bowl of water. Cut the pork and cabbage into easy to eat pieces. Combine the ★ ingredients.

    Put sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the pork, drained lotus root, and cabbage in that order. Add the ★ ingredients, stir well to coat the ingredients, and the dish is done.
