Roohafza or Rose syrup is an amazing multi functional one in almost every home in the Asian Continent. It is known to all, big or small. And everyone loves it. Right from Coolants to Juices, from Teas and Ice-creams to Lassi and Milkshakes, it is used in all.
An omnipotent syrup that is loved for it's amazing looks and it's perfect taste and flavour. It adds that extra punch to anything made of it.

That quintessential colour is the most interesting part. It just blends in superbly. That's the magic of this super flavourful syrup. It not tastes great but smells equally good. It is a must have syrup in every Indian household. Not only that, it is used so extensively in streetfood too. The Holy Month of Ramadan is almost incomplete without it.
All said and done. Come, let's celebrate it's magic and whip up some breathtakingly beautiful Rose Tea or Roohafza Chai.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
