Bring milk to a rolling boil on a high heat at first keeping an eye on it. Lower the heat and allow it to simmer for the next 10-12 minutes.

Also add partially crushed green cardamoms too. And add a few strands of saffron as well. Let it simmer.

After the stipulated time of nearly 10 minutes or so, stir in the roohafza syrup. Mix well. That's it. No need of any additional sweetener as it is already sweet. Take it off the heat.
