Assemble ingredients

Make paste of tomato by adding Ginger

In moderately heated pan add oil, allow to heat.
Them add cumin seeds + BAY leaf + HING and allow to crackle. Then add chopped Carrot. - 4
Sauté for 6-7 minutes under medium flame by adding salt and green chilli.
Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. - 5
Then add all spices except garam masala and stir fry till spices leaves oil. Add boiled green peas at this stage.

Add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water and cook further for 3-4 minutes. Add garam masala + chopped Coriander also.
Lastly add Sugar, simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes. - 7
Dish is done.

Serve hot hot with roti/ Paratha and with Rice.
