15 gbaking powder
1egg
1 tspcoconut flavour
10 gdesiccated coconut
65 gmargarine
50 gsugar

Beat margarine and sugar until pale.

Mix in the egg and desiccated coconut.

Gradually fold in your sifted flour and baking powder until well incorporated.

Cut into desired shapes and bake in a pre heated oven at 180°c until well baked.
