Steps

Mix warm milk, sugar and yeast
Let it rest and become active - 2
Add eggs and milk powder.. mix well

Add salt and flour in batch. Brush with butter in each addition.. Knead (hand or machine). Until texture become soft and smooth.

Let it rest and double size for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, punch the air out.. roll flat on the table and cut as desired shape.

Add sauce, veggies of your choice. Add mozarella cheese and Bake.
