I love the breadcrumbing process, so Tonkatsu is my go-to easy dish~(*‾∇‾)ノ♪ Don't think I should use eggs just because it's Tonkatsu (lol). The batter mix actually makes the breadcrumbs stick better (*´-`)✨

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, make the batter mix with the ★ ingredients.

In another bowl, add plenty of breadcrumbs.

Prepare the pork for Tonkatsu, batter mix, breadcrumbs, and a container for the breaded items (sprinkle a little breadcrumbs in it).

[How to bread] Take the pork from ① ➡️ dip in ② batter mix ➡️ coat with ③ breadcrumbs ➡️ place in ④ container (plate).

Fry in oil heated to about 340°F to 355°F. Flip and fry the other side too.

Once fried, cut into bite-sized pieces with a knife. Press down with the knife as you cut ♪
Serve on a plate and it's ready~♪ - 6
