Ingredients

  1. 2 packsudon noodles
  2. 5.3 oz (150 grams)pork
  3. 1/2carrot
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1/2 packshimeji mushrooms
  6. 1/8 headcabbage
  7. 1little garlic (from a tube) – optional
  8. 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  9. as neededBonito flakes,
  10. [Seasonings]
  11. 1 tablespoonsake
  12. 3 tablespoonsmirin
  13. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  14. 1 teaspoondashi powder

    Cut all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Separate the shimeji mushrooms. Mix the seasonings together in a bowl. Microwave the udon noodles for 2 minutes to loosen them.

    Heat some oil (not listed in ingredients) and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. When fragrant, add the pork and stir-fry.

    Add the carrot, then onion, cabbage, and shimeji mushrooms in that order. Season lightly with salt and pepper and stir-fry.
