Bihun Goreng Kampung (Village Fried Rice Noodles) Bihun Goreng Kampung (Village Fried Rice Noodles)
I named this dish ‘Village’ Rice Noodles because my mom used to cook it for me when we lived in a small village long time ago. It’s a very simple dish and it doesn’t use any meat in it because at that time we didn’t have enough money to buy meat for food. But it tastes very good (because it’s Mom’s recipe, of course) especially when you eat it with bird eyes chilies 🌶😋🥵👍🏻Please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes 🙏🏻😊😘 jenscookingdiary -
