Ingredients

  • 2 cupscooked white rice
  • 5 tbspcoconut milk
  • 3 tbspmilk
  • 1 tbspcream cheese
  • 3/4yellow bell pepper julienned
  • 1/4yellow onion julienned
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspthyme
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tspallspice
  • 2 tspchili powder
  • 1 tspred chili pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauteed onion, pepper, and garlic in pan, throw in the spices. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes

  2. 2

    Add coconut milk, milk and cream cheese. Bring to simmer, crush out cream cheese. Reduce. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. 3

    Press in rice with the back of a spoon on a low low geat
