The origin of this recipe: I wanted to eat Florentines after a long time, but making the cookie dough was too much trouble. I wanted something with a Florentine-like taste, so I decided to make sugar-coated nuts. They're incredibly easy but so delicious... it's dangerous...

150 gyour favorite nuts (peanuts, mixed nuts, etc.)
1 tablespoonvegetable oil

Steps

Place the nuts in a frying pan and heat over medium heat until they are slightly warm.

Add the vegetable oil, honey, and salt. Stir while heating to prevent burning. Once the honey turns slightly brown and becomes sticky, remove from heat.

Coat with granulated sugar and you're done!
