Hakase-chan says this is super delicious and easy to make with seasonings you already have at home.

I decided to try making this after Sandwichman said it was so good, they drank every last drop of the soup.

Steps
- 1
Combine the chicken bouillon powder, dashi granules, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Taste and adjust the salt to your liking.
- 2
Bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles. Add 1 2/3 to 2 cups (400–500 ml) of the hot water to the seasoning mixture and stir well.
- 3
Drain the noodles thoroughly and add them to the soup. Stir in the yuzu kosho and sesame oil.
- 4
Top with your favorite toppings and serve. (The photo shows duck and green onion on top, without sesame oil. It’s also delicious served cold.)
