  1. 9chicken-turkey meatballs
  2. 5.3 oz.mixed frozen mushrooms (about 150 grams)
  3. 1onion
  4. 1carrot
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1 tablespoontomato sauce
  7. 2 tablespoonscooking white wine
  8. 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsmoked paprika
  10. 1 teaspoonoregano
  11. 2/3 cupwater (about 150 ml)
  12. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  13. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Put the oil in a saucepan and fry the meatballs until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.

    Peel and chop the onion, carrot, and garlic, and add to the saucepan. Sauté for a couple of minutes and add the frozen mushrooms, cooking over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

    Pour in the wine and Worcestershire sauce, and cook on low heat for a couple of minutes.

    Add the tomato sauce, paprika, and oregano, sauté for a minute, then add the water, meatballs, a pinch of salt, and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
