Add chana dal and urad dal to a pan and fry well until golden brown..

Add oil, coriander seeds and cumin seeds, pepper to the pan and fry until golden brown then add dry chillies and fry well..

In a mixer jar, first add roasted lentils, roasted pepper, cumin, dry chilies and grind well, then add drumstick leaves, salt and grind well.
