Steps

I love frozen berries and categorize them as follows: Sweet ones include blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and black cherries. Sweet and tart ones are raspberries. Tart ones are black currants and cranberries.
- 2
You can have frozen berries delivered to your home. When you're out of fresh fruit, just take them out and put them all in a blender with cold water. Blend for less than 30 seconds to get a healthy, delicious, and beautiful drink.
- 3
I enjoy the tartness of fruit acids, but if you prefer less tartness, you can add a bit of honey.
