Take sugar in a pan and add skimmed milk in it. Take a boil.

Add khoya at the time of boiling. Turn off the gas and dissolve it. Add ghee when khoya melts.

After that add shredded coconut turn on the gas and mix everything well.

When the milk absorbed take small portion of the mixture and bring it to the room temperature. Then make small ball from it, if you can make a firm ball it means mixture is ready to settle down.

Grease the plate and pour the mixture and make a flat surface.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and spread it on kopra paak. - 6
Allow to set in freeze for 10 - 15 minutes. Make pieces from it. Store in an air tight container.
