Singhara flour Salam Pak

First of all prepare all the ingredients. Remove the seeds from dates. Soak kharek and dates. take out its seeds and crush dates with kharek in a mixer. Crush dry fruits and melon seeds too. Grate the khoya.

Now heat 2-3 spoons of ghee in a non-stick pan, first add crushed dry fruits and roast it. Then add 2 spoons of ghee and Shinghara flour and roast it properly. Keep the flame of gas medium to low.

Now again add 2 spoons of ghee and mawa/khoya. Mix everything and add the paste of dates, kharek. Add as much ghee as needed in between. Now add milk and sugar and mix well. The mixture has to be kept stirring continuously.

When the mixture thickens, add all the spices, vasana masala, dried coconut. Keep a little of the poppy seeds and add the rest. Mix everything and keep stirring continuously. Turn off the gas when the ghee separates from the mixture and leaves the core.

In a pan greased with ghee, sprinkle poppy seeds and dried fruit slices on a mixture. After 7-8 hours, cool down and cut into pieces.

Full of medicinal properties, health-enhancing salampak is ready.
