First of all take all ingredients on one platform.wash the bathua leaves.then chopped it.keep vessel on medium flame then add oil and then put some cumin seeds for tadka then add crushed garlic.Now add chopped onion and tomato when it is transparent add peanuts and green peas.

Now add chopped Bathua vegetable, and soaked moong daal and Kanda lahsun masala and gram flour and mix it well.Now add some water and add salt as per taste.now keep this vegetable for next 7-9 minutes for low flame.Serve this bathua saag with sorghum bhakri.

Sorghum bhakri is prepared with sorghum flour and mix with water and prepare bhakri.It is very tasty.
