Take a large bowl add sattu, semolina and curd. Mix it well.

Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, salt and red chilli powder. Mix it well. Add water and make the batter. Cover it and take rest for 8-10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick tawa. Grease with ghee. Pour batter on the tawa and spread gently. Let it cook for 1-2 minute for medium flame. Flip it and cook for both sides till golden brown and crispy.

Sattu Dosa is ready now. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney and enjoy...... 😋😋
