Gluten free chewy chocolate cake with almond flour

Ingredients

  1. 6eggs (large size)
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 160 gramsbutter
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 1 cupalmond flour
  6. 0.5 cupcornflour
  7. 240 gramsdark chocolate

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180c (turbo)

    Melt the chocolate and butter and mix until fully combined

  3. 3

    In a standing mixer, mix eggs and sugar until a puffy and light mixture forms

  4. 4

    Fold in the melted chocolate and butter. Don’t fold too much

  5. 5

    Fold in the almond flour and cornflour until combined. The folded mixture should be half the original mixture, over mixing will ruin the texture

  6. 6

    Oil a baking pan and pour the mixture in

  7. 7

    Bake until a toothpick comes out moist with some dry crumbs, around 40-50 minutes
