Lauki muthiya

Steps

In a bowl, mix flour and besan.
Add salt, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, hing, chopped Coriander, lemon juice, rai and jeera.
Mix well again. - 2
Add grated and boiled lauki into mixture and knead well to form dough.
Add oil for dough consistency. - 3
Now grease with oil the steam vessel.
Make muthiya dough into long size as shown in video.
Keep for streaming for 10 mins.
Keep rolling so that it should be boiled from all sides. - 4
After steamed, cut into slices.
Deep fry and add coriander and sauce.
Lauki muthiya is ready.
