Peanut butter soup in white butter

Boil all the vegetables of stock,spices,salt and 3 cups of water in a pressure cooker.Cook it for 10 min.Let the steam release on its own.Then strain the stock.Keep it aside.

Heat white butter and 1 tbsp oil in a pan,add garlic,green chilli,ginger and onion.Saute for 2-3 min.Mix peanut butter, tomato puree and 1 cup water.Add this in the stock and mix it with the garlic,onion,ginger and green chilli.Adjust the salt.Cook it for 4-5 min.

Serve hot.Garnish it with spring onion.Add Sriracha chilli sauce and enjoy.
