Make deep cuts on whole chicken & set aside.
In a bowl,add water,vinegar,salt & mix well.
Add whole chicken,cover &marinate for 30 minutes then strain,pat dry & set aside. - 2
In a bowl,add all marinated ingredients with lemon juice & mix well.
Add cooking oil & mix well.Add whole chicken & apply marinade evenly & massage chicken well,tie chicken legs with kitchen thread,cover & marinate for 30 mins and set aside. if you have enough time so keep in fridge at least 2-4 hours or overnight. - 3
In a wok,add water & bring it to boil.
Place steamer & add marinated chicken,cover & steam cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes. - 4
Take out chicken from steamer,spray oil,place it in air fryer basket & air fry at 180°C for 15-18 minutes.
You can also deey fry chargha after steam cooking.
Sprinkle red chilli flakes,add lemon juice & fresh coriander & serve with steamed veg, roast potato or mashed potato. 🍴
