Chop cabbage, eggplant, onion, garlic and tomatoes

Heat the pan, then add oil

When the oil heats, add onion, garlic, and tomato until slightly cooked

Add sardines and add water

Add salt then mix

Add cabbage and eggplant

Cook for 7 minutes, add more minutes if not cooked
