Using inexpensive pork scraps, I created a delicious dish that my family loves. It would also be great for rice bowls or lunch boxes.

Using inexpensive pork scraps, I created a delicious dish that my family loves. It would also be great for rice bowls or lunch boxes.

Coat the pork scraps with cornstarch and a pinch of salt, then heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook over medium heat.

Finely chop the scallion and mix with the ingredients for the scallion salt sauce.

Once the meat is cooked, place it on a plate and lightly warm the scallion sauce in the same pan. Pour over the meat to finish.

For a different flavor, add pepper, vinegar, or lemon to taste.
