Ingredients

Serves 4 servings

  2. 300 gground pork
  3. 6-inch green onion
  4. 5 ggrated ginger
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  7. 1 1/2 tablespoonssake
  8. 1 teaspoonsugar
  9. 2 teaspoonsoyster sauce
  10. 1/2egg
  11. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  12. [B] Shake in a plastic bag
  13. 2 tablespoonspotato starch
  14. 1small onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Knead the ground pork in a bowl until sticky

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients from [A] to step 1 and mix

  3. 3

    Add [B] to step 2 and mix

  4. 4

    Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes
