Here's an excellent fresh and crunchy appetizer for your gatherings and guests.

Start by making your homemade mayonnaise (recipe attached).

Then, cut the surimi and iceberg lettuce into small pieces. Add the mayonnaise to the surimi, season with salt and pepper, and then mix the iceberg lettuce with the surimi.

Next, separate the endive leaves. Spread the garlic cream cheese on the endive leaves. Then, fill with the surimi salad mixture.

Chill until ready to serve.
