Carefully open the shells. Trim the clam's foot. I recommend rinsing the oyster and shell before baking to avoid shell fragments.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix with mayonnaise and caviar.

Spread the mixture over the oysters. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Let cool slightly before serving.
