Potatoes and Celery in Pork Broth

Peel and wash the potatoes.

Let the celery partially thaw at room temperature if frozen.

Peel the onion.

Peel and remove the germ from the garlic cloves.

Thinly slice the onion and press the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or sauté pan. Add the garlic and onion.

Sauté until softened. If using frozen broth, thaw it now.

Add the celery to the pan and cook over high heat, stirring, until it releases its water.

Add the seasoning blend, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Cut the potatoes into chunks and add them to the pan.

Mix well, then pour in the pork broth.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.

Add the parsley.

Stir and transfer to a serving dish.

Comment rendre l ail plus digeste
Ôter le germe avant de presser/ hacher les gousses d ail

Comment doser facilement l huile d olive (arroser les salades,ajouter un filet d huile…)
Utiliser une verseuse conçue pour l huile d olive,j ai acheté la mienne en Espagne mais elles se trouvent facilement un peu partout

Je n achète jamais les mélanges d’épices du commerce je prépare des petits pots que j étiquette selon les saveurs recherchées (Inde,Mexique,Italie,Maroc etc..)

Comment avoir des herbes du jardin toute l'année
Je congèle persil, coriandre, menthe, basilic etc..dans des bacs à glaçons après les avoir hachés (sans rien ajouter)

Comment utiliser rapidement les bouillons maison préalablement congelés
J utilise la fonction décongélation du micro ondes pour tous mes bouillons gain de temps assuré
