Wash and soak rice, take vessel put water and let it boil add rice and let it cook

Take kadai add ghee jeera chopped onion saute it put cooked rice add salt and mix well

Take kadai add oil jeera and chopped onion saute it add all spices and boiled potatoes and mix well

Take bowl add besan ajwain salt and mix well heat oil in kadai and make pakoda

Take another kadai put oil methi seeds chopped onion ginger chilli paste add Buttermilk and all spices and let it cook add pakoda and let it cook for 10 minutes

Achari alu kadi rice ready
