Get 4 cups of bambara nut

Pick out dirts from it to look neat

You should take it to the engine to grind ie. to powder

Then get a clean sieve to sieve it.

You should put it aside and get cliff bow with 1 cup of water,

You should put 2 cups of oil into the bow of water

Then you should pour the powdered bambara nut and stare until it begins to draw.

After which you add water gradually until you get the right texture ie. not thick and not watery

Then you add your salt and pepper for taste

Then you use transparent waterproof bags to tie after which you put your pot on fire and enough water then you drop as you tie into the pot after which you allow it to cook for 1 hour after which you serve as breakfast or dinner. it can be taken with Ibyee soup (Tiu tribal pap)
