Ingredients

30 Minutes
3 - 4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupButter
  2. 1 cupBrown Sugar
  3. 3Eggs
  4. 1-2 teaspoonsVanilla Essence
  5. 1/2 CupCocoa powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoonBaking powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoonSalt
  8. 1 cupRagi Flour
  9. 1 cupChopped Walnuts
  10. To Garnish
  11. 5-10White Choco Chips
  12. 1 teaspoonChocolate Syrup

Cooking Instructions

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Take all ingredients together. In a mixing bowl, add butter and sugar.

    Mix it well. Now add 2 to 3 eggs and whisk until well combined.

  3. 3

    Add in Cocoa powder, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt.

  4. 4

    Lastly, add Ragi flour and chopped walnuts. Mix it well making sure there are no lumps.

  5. 5

    Pour the batter into the greased dish upon the parchment paper.

  6. 6

    Bake on convection for 30 minutes. Take it out and allow to come at room temperature.

    Cut into pieces. Garnish with choco chips or chocolate syrup.

    Serve warm with a hot cup of coffee.

    Enjoy!

    Note : You can opt any method, either by mixing wet and dry ingredients seprately or by combining all together.

    Garnish with anything you like either with icing sugar/ice cream scoops/whipped cream/chocochips/rainbow sprinklers.

    You can substitute sugar with stevia.
