First take a bowl. In it add all the above ingredients like makhana, cashews, almonds, raisins, kesar and dates along with some milk. Add elaichi powder too. Soak them for about an hour.

After an hour add everything into the grinding jar. Add some honey along with it. Keep little milk to add it later. Rest grind them well into a smooth paste as shown below.

Now add this mixture into remaining milk and mix it. Now keep this mixture into a refrigerator for an hour. Serve it in serving glasses. Top it with some chopped almonds, pistachios and some silver foil. Serve it chilled.

Note: For variation you can even add half banana or few pieces of mangoes to it. Or you can skip elaichi powder and add some cocoa powder and few drops of chocolate essence to enhance its taste.
