Steps

Peel and Cut potatoes in small slices and put them in clean pressure cooker after washing them properly with running water

Add Broken Wheat (Dalia) in the cooker

Place any 100-200gm Lentil of your choice (I prefer Lal Masoor Dal) in a bowl and wash it properly with water twice before adding it also in the Cooker

Add 1 Spoon Coconut Powder

Add Turmeric, Salt & Hing Powder

Add Water (enough that it comes slightly above all the ingredients in the pressure cooker)

Mix Well and Close the Lid

Cook for 10-15 Minutes and turn off the flame.

Your Wholesome Dalia is ready! You can add Ghee after opening the lid to increase the taste and nutrition of the Dalia. Enjoy!
