Ingredients

  1. 500 gmroasted chana
  2. 1 tablespoonsuji
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonajwain
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 bowlChopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 tablespoonbutter or oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take roasted chana and grind into powder

  2. 2

    Take vessel put the powder suji all spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Add chopped coriander leaves with water and make the batter

  4. 4

    Pour the batter on the tawa and put butter on it's side and cook from both sides

  5. 5

    Sattu cheela ready to serve with raw mango red chilli chutney
