Steps
- 1
Cut the capsicum: 5 small petal shapes from the bottom for flowers, and long, thin strips for the stems.
- 2
Divide the dosa batter into two parts. In one part, add the pink colour and mix. Leave the other part white. When the non-stick lodhi is hot, pour one round steel spoon of white batter in the center and two spoon of pink batter, spread it into a thin & soft dosa, and cook. Similarly, cook two more dosa & 2 petals
- 3
- 4
Cleanly cut the dosa in a half. Shape like flowae :- three pieces flower shapes. Also cut 2 pieces flower bud properly
- 5
Arrange the flower and flower bud shapes on a plate. Place the green petals and their stems on top of them.
