Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupIdli batter
  2. 1 dot Pink colour
  3. For decoration
  4. 1 green capsicum
  5. 5 green chilies

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the capsicum: 5 small petal shapes from the bottom for flowers, and long, thin strips for the stems.

    Divide the dosa batter into two parts. In one part, add the pink colour and mix. Leave the other part white. When the non-stick lodhi is hot, pour one round steel spoon of white batter in the center and two spoon of pink batter, spread it into a thin & soft dosa, and cook. Similarly, cook two more dosa & 2 petals

    Cleanly cut the dosa in a half. Shape like flowae :- three pieces flower shapes. Also cut 2 pieces flower bud properly

    Arrange the flower and flower bud shapes on a plate. Place the green petals and their stems on top of them.
