Jower masala paniyaram
Steps

Take a cup of jowar, clean with plain water and soak for eight hours or overnight.

Add urad dal and Fenugreek seeds in a bowl clean with water and soak for an hour.

Chop the onion, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Keep aside.

Take a mixer jar and add the soaked jowar, urad dal and Fenugreek seeds grind well. Transfer to a bowl, mix salt. Marinate for five hours. Then add the chopped onion and other things. Give a nice mix.

Keep a paniyaram tawa on medium heat then add oil, pour the batter into each mould. Let it cook one side, flip the other side and cook till golden brown.Remove the paniyaram. Transfer to a serving plate.

Enjoy the healthy and tasty jowar masala paniyaram with chutney or without chutney.
