Steps

Soak soya granules in warm water for 15-20 minutes ; after that wash nicely so no forms there & squeeze little & keep aside

Heat oil in a pan add jeera when it crackle add chops ginger garlic & green chili sauté for 1 minute

Add onions & cook little add tomatoes 🍅 Saute it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame

Add peas 🫛 capsicum 🫑 & spices mix it well ;add 2 tbsp Dahi to keep moist (you can add tomato 🍅 puree also) cook 3-4 minutes add soya granules

Mix it nicely & cook for 2 minutes add chopped spring onion + coriander leaves & lemon 🍋 juices it well switch off flame 🔥

Serve with choice of your bread 🍞. I serve with oat nut bread 🍞
