Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cupsoya granules
  • 4small onions 🧅 chopped
  • 2medium tomatoes 🍅 chopped
  • 1/4 cuppeas 🫛
  • 1/2 cupchopped colored capsicum 🫑 chopped
  • 2string spring onion chopped
  • 1green chili 🌶️
  • 5-6garlic 🧄 pods chopped
  • 1 inchginger 🫚 chopped
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2lemon 🍋 juice
  • Salt 🧂 to taste
  • 1 tspred chili 🌶️ powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • 2 tbspDahi / tomato 🍅 puree
  • 3 tbspolive 🫒 oil
  • 1/2 tspjeera

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak soya granules in warm water for 15-20 minutes ; after that wash nicely so no forms there & squeeze little & keep aside

    Heat oil in a pan add jeera when it crackle add chops ginger garlic & green chili sauté for 1 minute

    Add onions & cook little add tomatoes 🍅 Saute it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame

    Add peas 🫛 capsicum 🫑 & spices mix it well ;add 2 tbsp Dahi to keep moist (you can add tomato 🍅 puree also) cook 3-4 minutes add soya granules

    Mix it nicely & cook for 2 minutes add chopped spring onion + coriander leaves & lemon 🍋 juices it well switch off flame 🔥

    Serve with choice of your bread 🍞. I serve with oat nut bread 🍞
